By accessing or using PropVerified ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PropVerified provides property data intelligence through APIs and report generation. The Service aggregates data from multiple third-party sources to deliver property reports, valuations, ownership details, and related analytics.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. API Usage & Credits
Access to the Service is governed by a token-based credit system. Each API call or report generation consumes tokens from your account balance. Token costs vary by endpoint and are displayed in your dashboard and API documentation.
- Tokens are non-refundable once consumed.
- Unused tokens from paid plans carry over month to month.
- Free plan tokens are granted once upon signup and do not refresh.
- API rate limits apply per your subscription tier.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the data.
- Share API keys or account credentials with unauthorized parties.
- Exceed reasonable usage patterns or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
- Use the data to discriminate against individuals in violation of fair housing or equal opportunity laws.
6. Data Accuracy
PropVerified aggregates data from third-party sources including public records, MLS data, and property databases. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Users should independently verify data before making financial or legal decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology comprising the Service are owned by PropVerified. You may use generated reports for your internal business purposes but may not resell raw API data without authorization.
8. Payment & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for your selected plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
9. Limitation of Liability
PropVerified is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropVerified shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
